After studying Global Business and Sustainability at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, named number 1 Master for Corporate Social Responsibility by the renowned Eduniversal Ranking, Zoe joined Alpha Variance Solutions as our Marketing Manager for Europe. 

She focused on examining critical aspects of the sustainability challenges organizations are facing.  Having learned cutting-edge advancements in sustainable business, combined with the theory of leadership, issue management, corporate integrity, and responsibility. 

Now, she is looking to foster gender equality and diversity in the tech industry. We are excited about her perspectives on these critical issues facing the world and look forward to helping each other in the battles for diversity and equality ahead.  In her free time, Zoe plays field hockey, loves to cook and bake and explore new parts of the world.

Kelly is a Microsoft MVP and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Her passions include training, helping companies better utilize the systems they have in place, and seeing her clients’ eyes light up when they have an “a-ha!” moment. Kelly comes from a manufacturing and supply chain background and has extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Field Service, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009-2012.  

A graduate of the University of Louisville, Kelly has a degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning with an emphasis on Leadership, Training, and Organization Development. She uses the skills obtained from her degree every day with her Dynamics 365 clients. Being a  Microsoft MVP and with her extensive knowledge in the Tech space, she inspires women, and people in general, every day. In her spare time, Kelly is an avid reader who also loves to fish, sing karaoke, and spend time with her family.

Yuanming Chu is the founder and president of Alpha Variance Solutions. After over ten years of achieving success and gaining experience implementing Dynamics AX as a solutions architect, Yuanming started Alpha Variance Solutions in 2015 as a Microsoft Partner specializing in retail, financial accounting, and professional services. 

She has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology and graduated with an M.S.E in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
